Liberia Innovative Sustainable Initiatives (LISI) is a registered and recognized national non-profit organization established in August 2017. Founded by community-driven philanthropists, LISI was born from a shared desire to address the challenges faced by Liberian communities. Our philosophy is centered on the belief that dedicated individuals and united communities hold the power to drive their own development.

LISI is guided by a five-member Board of Directors who are responsible for developing and reviewing policies, mobilizing resources, and overseeing the organization's mission.
Since our inception, Liberia Initiative has made significant strides in advancing our mission and achieving tangible results in communities across Liberia. Through our programs and initiatives, we have empowered individuals, protected natural ecosystems, improved health outcomes, and contributed to economic growth and social cohesion.
LISI functions through two main bodies:
